The hotel is really small and old, with a constant ticking sound that disturbed my sleep. The cleanliness was an issue as there was hair in the tub, making my stay uncomfortable. On the bright side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room, and they stored our luggage as we had to check out early.

The hotel offers King beds and the option to self-park your car at a less expensive rate than valet. The rooms were musty and sticky, but they had King beds. However, the rooms had a cigarette and dirty bathroom smell, were muggy, and had a foul stench, making the stay uncomfortable. The service was very helpful and accommodating, remembering us each day. The hotel room looked outdated, facing the freeway, with malfunctioning TV channels, and had a stuffy, unpleasant smell. Furthermore, the parking fee on top of the $130 room rate was disappointing. Service was exceptional, accommodating my dissatisfaction with the initial room and providing a cleaner, more satisfactory alternative. The location is convenient for a 10-minute walk to Disneyland, even though the hotel shop was small. The dining experience was average, with a decent selection but not exceptional. Overall, the hotel seemed to lack value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The first-floor room, though away from highway noise, literally smelled like vomit. The service staff, however, were incredible and accommodating. The hotel's location, close to Disneyland and Gardenwalk Restaurants, was convenient, but there were some issues with housekeeping policies. The dining options were decent but could be improved, and the facilities were average.
